Sending the Christmas tree for Boston

On November 18, Rick Mercer was once again in Nova Scotia. This time Rick and his crew worked alongside students in our Natural Resources Environmental Technology program to fell the Christmas tree bound for Boston. The tree represents an annual gift from Nova Scotia to Boston which marks the city's assistance in the wake of the Halifax Explosion in December of 1917.

Thank you to NSCC grad and photographer Bob MacEachern for sharing these photos with us.
