Savour the Trail

NSCC Lunenburg Culinary Arts students team up with Kejimkujik National Park to provide a delicious hike

Over 150 people spent a weekend afternoon tasting their way along a 3km trail along the Mersey River, thanks to the talented work of Culinary Arts students and faculty from Lunenburg Campus. The inaugural Savour the Trail event featured 10 stations, staffed by students and local vendors, featuring everything from venison to hodgepodge.
